3. Type of items you sell, make, etc.
4. How many table spots, 1, 2 or 3.
5. Contact phone number
6. Contact email address
7. Hi-Resolution Logo for website & show projector image.
8. Website or social media page for links.

Each table space is 6' wide and approximately 6' deep. The venue will supply you with a 6'x24" table for each spot purchased. You can configure your area any way you like. Just be considerate of your fellow neighbors.

Cost
Table space is $95 per table with 3 tables as the max.
This also includes entry for 1 vendor and 3 helpers.

PAYMENT INDICATES YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE BELOW VENDOR AGREEMENT:

Vendor Space -
The venue can supply a 6 ft x 24" table and chair(s). Shelves, racks, grid walls, or other fixtures are allowed in addition to or instead of folding tables. (Please note - Event space is located on the 2nd floor of the student center. A staircase and elevator, next to the event room, can be utilized to bring up vendor goods.) See pics below.

Vendor Setup -
Vendors will receive a layout of the venue and their setup area prior to the event. Vendors can start their event space setup at 6:00 AM, Saturday, March 15th, 2025. Any vendor who does NOT show up for the event risks forfeiture of space and all costs paid. Buyer Admission begins promptly at 10:00 AM. All merchandise should be inside the building and all fixtures secured by 9:50 AM.

Vendor Placement -
The promoter determines the assignment of space.
Wall space, corner space, and end aisle space are limited and CAN NOT be guaranteed.
​
Assignments will be made in advance. Vendors will receive a show layout and table assignment on the week of the show.
​
Vendor Use of Space -
Items and displays must not obstruct or enter aisles or common spaces between vendors.
​
No items, displays, artwork, or signage will be mounted to the walls. The venue strictly prohibits the use of any adhesive, nails, tacks, fun tack, staples, or any other type of fastener on the walls.
​
Vendors are expected to maintain their space through customer hours. The show ends at 4:00 PM.
​
The venue does NOT provide trash collection, please DO NOT leave trash, empty boxes, or abandoned fixtures in the parking lot or in the venue. Please keep your area free of excessive debris.
​
Vendor Conduct -
Vendors are expected to be considerate of the venue, the promoter, their fellow vendors, and attendees, so please - DO NOT obstruct aisles or common space between vendors. If it is determined that a vendor's display presents an inconvenience, or worse, a hazard, that vendor is expected to remove merchandise or disassemble the display immediately.

NO SALES OF PROHIBITED ITEMS, including but not limited to actual swords, knives, or other weapons; adult items; vaping pens and oils; cannabis, pipes, or other paraphernalia.
​
NO PROMOTIONAL/SOLICITOR VENDORS
We do not allow promotional/solicitor-type vendors (such as bathroom fixtures, insurance, kitchen cabinets, chimney cleaners, energy drinks, etc). All vendors and their wares must match the theme of the show.
​
NO SALES OF FOOD OR DRINK
No food or drink may be sold at Nerd Force Fan Fest. If you have a small assortment of pre-wrapped “treat” type items for sale at your table, this will be fine. We just cannot have actual food and drink vendors at the show.
​
We reserve the right to eject WITHOUT REFUND any vendor that violates the above terms!

Payment and Refund policies -
Payments will be made by money order, Paypal, or Venmo.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE VENDOR CANCELS OR NO SHOWS.
​
If the event is canceled, vendor space will be honored at a future date.
​
Additional Terms -
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any state sales tax due.
​
Vendors hold Blue Force Sabers LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss, injury, or sickness resulting from their participation as a vendor.
